Municipal Corporation pursuant to certain orders passed by this Court in the said writ petition.
The said writ petition has already been disposed of vide our judgment and order dated 16[th] December, 2002. Hence, any application for directions of the nature sought is not tenable in law in disposed of matter. It ought to be kept in mind that once the matter is disposed of, this Court cannot pass any further orders of this nature in that matter, except where there is modification application or review petition is filed.
With these observations, these applications are hereby dismissed, but reserving liberty with the applicant to file proper application before the appropriate forum.
