Present:-Petitioner with his counsel Mr. R.P. Luthra. Respondent in person.

+ Crl. Revision Petition No. 352/2009

Mr. R.P. Luthra learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition in view of settlement arrived at between the parties. He, however, requests for release of FOR of Rs.SO,OOO/- lying in the Registry in the name of the petitioner. The respondent is present in person and he says that in view of settlement arrived at between the parties, he has no objection to the release of the FOR in question in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to release the FOR of Rs.SO,OOO/-lying with it to the petitioner forthwith.
