These two petitions have been preferred by the petitioners in respect of cross cases registered by the petitioners against each other.

The incident was in respect of road rage and excessive use of force was shown by the parties. Considering this fact and increasing tendency nowadays of loosing cool on the roads and even going to the extent of murder, it would be appropriate that the instead of quashing of FIRs, the parties are directed to execute bond of good behaviour and peace for period of two years.

The above two petitions are allowed to the extent that in case the petitioners maintain good behaviour and execute bond for two years of maintaining good behaviour to the tune of Rs.50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court concerned, no further action shall be taken against them in FIR Nos. 121 of 2010 under Sections 324/427/341/34 IPC registered with police station Dwarka, New Delhi and FIR No.122 of 2010 under Sections 279/323/341/506/34 IPC registered at police station Dwarka, New Delhi . However, it is made clear that in case any criminal act is reported against any of the petitioners during this period of two years, the above FIR against him shall stand revived automatically. 1 Dasti.
