This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 566 of 2007 P.S.Nangloi registered under Section 308134 IPC on the basis of compromise arrivedat between the parties. The petitioners and complainant are neighbours andpicked up quarrel on accumulation of water in the street and caused injuries toeach-other. On the injuries caused by the petitioners, this FIR was lodged by thecomplainant and on the injuries caused by the complainant party (in the FIR), acomplaint case was filed by the petitioners. The parties have now compromised.

Looking into the fact that the parties have compromised and there is noother incident reported against them, this petition is allowed.

FIR No 566 of 2007 P.S. Nangloi registered under Section 308/34 IPC andall proceedings arising there from are hereby [quashed.]
