By this petition, the Petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No. 271/2009 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at P.S. Subzi Mandi,

New Delhi on the complaint on Petitioner No.1 Srnt. Hema.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners points out that in the abovesaid

FIR the Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 were the accused, however Petitioner No. 2 has passed away and the only surviving accused in the present FIR is Petitioner No. 3. photocopy of the death certificate of Petitioner No. 2 has been placed on record.

The Petitioner No. 1 who is present in Court, is identified by her counsel and the investigating officer. She states that in view of the

settlement between the parties, she does not want to pursue the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto.

In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences of their own free will, volition and without any coercion and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abvementioned FIR and the proceedings •pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.

Consequently, FIR No. 271/2009 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at P.S. Subzi Mandi, New Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.

Parties have signed this order sheet in acknowledgment of their statements made before this Court.
