Learned counsel for the respondents states that premises i.e. flat No. 104, Akash Deep Building, 26-A Barakhamba Road, New Delhi has since been handed over to the petitioner. However dues for period of one month and 20 days @ Rs.15, 780/- per month have still not been paid by the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to clear this amount of Rs.25,000/-within four weeks from today.
In view of this undertaking furnished by learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives in this contempt petition which is disposed of in the above terms.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the respondents under signature of the Court Master.
