Learned counsel appearing in writ petition ^0. 5905/2011 and5908/2011 submits that he be allowed to amendthe writ petitionswith prayer to challenge the retrospectivity. Even that aspect iscovered by the aforesaid judgment of the Full Bench.

Furthermore, since these writ petitions are hieard by this Benchon thebasisof orderspassedby Hon'ble theSupremeCourttransferring the same from other High Courts anc[we][ are][ dismissing]the writ petitions on the ground that the same are covered by theaforesaid judgment of the Full Bench, we are not in[zlined][ to][ grant][ the]

prayer for amendment of the writ petitions.
