pursue the same.

The Complainant/Respondent No. 2 Mr. Chander Bhan is present in person and is identified by his learned counsel and the Investigating Officer SI Amar Singh, PS Krishan Nagar. Respondent No. 2 states that since the Petitioners are living in his neighbourhood, the fight ensued between them on petty issue and wants to live amicably in the neighbourhood, he does not want to pursue the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. The parties have amicably resolved their differences of their own free will, volition and without any coercion. The Petitioners, who are identified by their counsel and Respondent No.2 are living in the neighbourhood. The pendency of the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto will bring further acrimony in their relations. There is no legal impediment in quashing the abovementioned FIR. In the interest of justice, FIR No. 219/2006 under Sections 323/34/452 IPC registered at PS Krishan Nagar, Delhi and the proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.
