By this petition the Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has toperform the last rites of his wife, maintain social ties and look after the son who isof unsound mind. Along with the application the order of the SuperintendentTihar Jail is filed. The Petitioner in the petition itself has stated that the Petitioner

was granted furlough for period of three weeks by the DG(P) Central Jail, Tiharand he surrendered in time.

Since the Petitioner has already been granted furlough for attending the last

rites of his wife, I find no reason to grant parole.

Petition is dismissed.
