On the complaint of respondent No. 2 FIR No. 7912011 underSection 42014681471134 IPC was registered at Police Station PaschimVihar. Respondent No. 2 has alleged in the FIR that she had extendedloan of T 20 lacs to the petitioners. However, loan was not repaid. that the loan had been repaid. In fact no such receipt was ever issued bythe respondent No. 2. During the pendency of the said suit, respondentNo. 2 and petitioners herein have settled their disputes and pursuantNo. 2 and petitioners herein have settled their disputes and pursuantthereof petitioners have paid sum of T l5 lacs to the respondent No. 2towards full and final settlement of all her claims. In view of the settrement arrived at between the parties,respondent No. 2, who is present in court and has been identified by theInvestigating officer, submits that she has no objection in case the FIRin question is quashed. Keeping in mind that the parties have arrived atan amicable settlement in the aforesaid suit, no fruitful pu{pose wouldbe served in keeping the parties embroiled in the criminal litigation.Accordingly, in the interest of Justice, FIR No.79/2011 under sections420/468/47r/34 Ipc registered at p.s. paschim vihar and theconsequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms.Dasti.
