By these writ petitions challenge is laid to the order dated 29.03.2011 passed in revision petition no. 25/87/2007-RC-1 passed by respondent no. 1. Mr Dave after some arguments says that in view of the fact · that other notifications of respondent no. 2, i.e., notifications dated 16.11.2007 and 05.02.2008 having been challenged in CWP Nos. 1864/2008 and 1481/2008 respectively, in the High Court of Rajasthan at· Jodhpur, he would like to approach the same High Court. He, however, says that the petitioner should be protected for period of three weeks till he approaches the High Court of Rajasthan at Jodhpur, in view of the fact that this court had passed an interim order in these petitions on 09.05.2011 in favour of the petitioner.

Dr. Singhvi, learned counsel for respondent no. 2, says that he would have W.P.(C) 3057/2011 & 3059/2011 Page I of2

no objection if the interim protection is continued for period of three enable the petitioner to approach the High Court of Rajasthan at Jodhpur.

In these circumstances, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the High Court of Rajasthan at Jodhpur. Interim protection in tenns of order dated 09.05.2011 shall continue for period of three weeks from today. It is made clear that the said protection will dissolve on 06.09.2012 in case no action is taken, as contemplated above, or the concerned court decides not to continue the protection.

The writ petitions and the applications stand disposed of.
