Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an appeal under Section 9 of the Central Industrial Security Force Act, 1968 is maintainable against the order of punishment of compulsorily retiring the petitioner from service. In the circumstances, on instruction, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
