These are applicationsunder Section438 Cr.P.C. for grantofbail inFIR No. 143/2013 under Sections 342/376/506/34 IPG, PS Hari Nagar.
The matter was referred to mediation cell.Although in BailApplication652/2013the reportof the mediatoris to the effectthat mattercouldnot be settled,however,in Bail Application1056/2013arisingout ofthe same FIR, the matter was referredto mediationcell and the report ofmediation cell has been received whereby the dispute between the partieshave been amicablysettled. The complainantis also presentand submits
that there is no objectionto release the appellanton bail. Learnedpublicprosecutorfor the statealso submitsthat in viewofthe settlementarrivedatbetweenthe parties,she has no objectionto the releaseofaccusedon bail.
In the circumstances,it is ordered that in the event of arrest, thepetitionersbe admittedto bail on each ofthem furnishingpersonalbond inthe sum of Rs. 15,000/-with one surety in the like amount, subjectto thesatisfactionofthe lO/SHOconcerned. However,the petitionersare directedto jointhe investigationas and when called. Petitionersare furtherdirectedto give theirmobilenumberand currentaddressto the investigatingofficerofthe case. Further,the petitionerswillnottemperwithevidence.Order be given dasti.
