Impugned judgment of 30[th] August, 2014 grants compensation in respect of acquisition of land in village Burari, Delhi vide Notification of 18[th] July, 2003, under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act while relying upon decision of this Court in LA.APP No. 971/2008, Rajbal & ors. Vs. Union of India & anr., decided on 7[th] June, 2011.

Upon hearing and on perusal of the impugned judgment, I find that the learned Reference Court has rightly assessed the fair market value of the acquired land while relying upon decision of this Court in Rajbal (supra). There is no substance in this appeal.

Resultantly, this appeal and applications are dismissed.
