The petitioner seeks extension of parole which has been granted tohim by the order dated 08.06.2015 for period of 30 days.It has beensubmitted that the period of parole expires tomorrow i.e. 10.07.2015. It isfurther submitted that during the period that the petitioner was on parole, hesuffered injuries in his knees and the Doctors have advised him rest for 2weeks as he is suffering from degenerative arthritis and has been suggestedfor the knee brace.
Considering the above facts, this Court is inclined to extend the paroleperiod for further period till 15.7.2015.
The petitioner would positively surrender before the jail authorities onor before 15.07.2015.
Let it be noted that no further extension of parole would be granted onsuch ground.The extension of parole would be subject to the earlierconditions imposed upon him vide order dated 08.06.2015.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the CourtMaster.
