PetitionersbeforethisCourtareRahulandNaveen.FIRNo.402/2015 has been registered under Sections 323/328/366/354/376D/506 of the IPG on the complaint of one 'AG'. The allegationsare that on 01.11.2014 the petitioner Rahul on the promise ofmarriage had entered into physical relationship with her. Thisrelationship continued. On 25.05.2014 she was taken in an Alto carby Rahul and Naveen and two of their other friends; further allegationbeing that Naveen had taken video film of gang rape allegedlycommitted upon the victim by two persons, which included Rahul;video filming was done by Naveen.

Allegations are serious. No grounds made out for grant ofanticipatorybail. Rejected. Petitioners shall join jthe investigationforthwith.
