Bail Appl. 663/2015

Petitioner is husband of deceased who committed suicide within seven years of marriage. Earlier bail application of petitioner has already been dismissed by learned Single Judge of this Court on 10[th] October, 2014 vide detailed and reasoned order wherein suicide note of deceased has been considered. I do not find any changed circumstances except that six months have passed. Application is dismissed.
