Petitioner has already been granted parole for 15 days vide orderdated 28[th]April, 2015. It is submitted that parole was applied on the groundof marriage of sister, which was scheduled for 25[th]April, 2015. However,application was disposed of on 28[th]April, 2015. Subsequently, marriage ofpetitioner’s sister has been re-scheduled for 5[th]June, 2015. It is submittedthat petitioner will avail the parole, granted to him, pursuant to the orderdated 28[th]April, 2015 in the end of May. Ordered accordingly.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
