Petitioner has prayed in this writ petition that orders dated 28[th]October,2015 and 3[rd]March, 2016, passed by SDM Court, Hauz Khas in theproceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. be set aside. It is noted that order dated28[th]October, 2015 passed by SDM has already been assailed before theSessions Court by filing Cr.No.105/2016, which is pending before the Court ofShri Sudesh Kumar, ASJ-03, South East, Saket and date fixed in the matter is22[nd]August, 2016 for final hearing.

Accordingly, this writ petition is not being entertained.However,learned revisional court is directed to dispose of the revision expeditiously andpreferably within three months.
