Coordinate Bench of this Court, by judgment dated 01.12.2016 inWP(C) 2212/2016, has quashed all the 344 Notifications dated 10.03.2016.The Notification in issue is also part of the 344 Notifications.
In view of the fact that the issue, arising in the present petition, isidentical to the issue arising in WP(C) 2212/2016 and other connected mattersand the Notification in issue has been quashed, accordingly, the writ petition isdisposed of in terms of judgment dated 01.12.2016 in WP(C) 2212/2016 titledPfizer Ltd. & Anr. vs. Union of India & Anr.
