Complainant has specifically alleged in the FIR that on 10[th]July, 2016at about 4:30, he was standing near Pahalwan Dhaba when petitioner alongwith co-accused came there.One of the co-accused gave kick blow tohim, as consequence whereof he fell down on the ground. When he got upand tried to go away, the petitioner and his accomplices restrained him andgave beatings.His gold chain and `15,000/- fell down and have beenstolen by them.
Learned APP states that stolen articles have to be recovered.
Keeping in mind the serious allegations, I am not inclined to grantanticipatory bail to petitioner.Application is dismissed.
