It is informed that the charge sheet stands filed in the matter and the matter is now listed on 05.10.2016 for consideration on charge. The trial court is directed to proceed with the said consideration on the said date. No adjournment shall be sought either by the prosecution or by the accused. In
case charge is framed, the recording of evidence of the public witnesses shall be expedited. It is hoped that before the next date, the same shall be recorded in case charge is framed.
The wife of the petitioner has provided the present residential address, i.e. Archana Singh, House No.1523, Village Vazirabad, Gurgaon. The police shall, in the meantime, verify the said address of the petitioner.

Later on, Mr. Amit Chaudhary and Mr. K.U. Bhan, Advocates has appeared along with Ms. Archana Singh, the parokar of the petitioner. She states that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the petition any further and wishes to withdraw the same. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the direction issued to the trial court shall be adhered to. copy of this order be transmitted to the trial court for compliance.
