On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No.1293/2015under Sections 283/336 IPC was registered at police station Shalimar Baghagainst the petitioners. Respondent no.2 and petitioners have settled theirdisputes amicably.Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has beenidentified by SI Manish Kumar PS Shalimar Bagh.Respondent no.2submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own freewill and without any pressure, undue coercion and influence.He alsosubmits that he is neighbour of the petitioners. He further submits that he isnot willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement arrived at

between him and the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the above facts, in the interest of justice, FIRNo.1293/2015 under Sections 283/336 IPC registered at police stationShalimar Bagh and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, arequashed in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners andrespondent no.2.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
