HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW O R R% 14.03.2016
1. This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 22[nd] February, 2016.
2. However the counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the position of these petitioners is the same, as the position of the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.2172/2016 titled Suresh Babu Vs. New Delhi Municipal Council listed today and which has been dismissed by reasoned order today morning.
3. Adopting the same reasoning, this petition is also dismissed.
4. Liberty is however given to the petitioners to, in accordance with law, apply to the Town Vending Committee constituted under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.
No costs.
