Petitioner is an Auto Rickshaw driver.It is submitted thatpetitioner’s sister is neighbour of respondent No. 2. Respondent No.2 along with her mother, Ponam and sister Seema were going toYamuna Bazar in the Auto Rickshaw of petitioner.Nieces ofrespondent No.2, namely, Palak and Payal were also in the autorickshaw.The said Auto Rickshaw driven by the petitioner overturned resulting simple injuries to Ponam, Payal, Seema andrespondent No .2.They were discharged after first aid.
Respondent No. 2 and petitioners have settled their disputes.Poonam, mother of respondent No.2, who was also present in theAuto Rickshaw, is also present. They have no objection for quashingof the present FIR No. 161/2016 registered under Sections 279/337IPC.
It may be noted that investigations are still pending.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitionerand respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and in the interest of justice, FIR No.161/2016 under Sections 279/337 IPC at Police Station Gokul Puri isquashed.
The petition is disposed of, in the above terms.
