The present petition has been filed seeking directions to theTrial Court that the matter already fixed for 21.04.2016 for evidencemay be pre-poned. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner issuffering the trial under Section 377 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSOAct and he is behind the bars since 12.05.2015.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The diary/peshi of the Trial Court is to be maintained by the

Trial Court. This Court is of the considered opinion that no ground ismade out for pre-poning the date already fixed before the Trial Court.However, the Trial Court may expedite the trial as possible as it can.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly.
