Certain discrepancies have been pointed out in the demarcation report.To avoid any controversy, respondents are willing to get fresh demarcationconducted in terms of order dated 11[th]November, 2008 passed by learnedSingle Judge of this Court in WP(C) No. 17629/2006 titled Dr. Ved Singhand Ors. vs. The State NCT of Delhi and Anr. at the cost of petitioners. Letpetitioners deposit `60,000/- with Tehsildar within two weeks. Thereafter,demarcation be conducted on 22[nd]March, 2016 at 10:30 am onwards.Petitioners shall remain present at site on the said date and time and extend

full cooperation to the respondent no. 1. Tehsildar shall also remain present

at the time of demarcation. Application is disposed of in the above terms.Dasti.
