1.After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructionsfrom the petitioner present in Court seeks permission to withdraw thispetition with liberty to approach this Court after the respondent’s decisionon the petitioner’s representations. It is further submitted that the copy ofthis writ petition be treated as petitioner’s representation to be considered bythe DDA.
2.The writ petition as well as pending application are dismissed aswithdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Respondent No.1 shall treat the copyof this writ petition as petitioner’s representation and shall consider the samein accordance with law.Respondent No.1 shall afford an opportunity ofhearing to the petitioner and shall pass reasoned order within period of
12 weeks from today.
3.Needless to say is that this Court has not expressed any opinion onmerits in this case.
4.Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties undersignature of Court Master.
