1. The petition seeks to restrain the respondent no.1 New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) and respondent no.2 National Building Construction Company (NBCC) from disturbing the petitioner from vending on the footpath in front of Arya Samaj Mandir, C-Block, Central Market, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi.

2. The counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that this petition though was filed with W.P.(C) No.233/2016 and other connected petitions, being identical thereto, dismissed on 12[th] January, 2016 but has been listed separately. He states that this petition be also dismissed in terms of the order dated 12[th] January, 2016 in W.P.(C) No.233/2016 titled Laxmi Devi @ Laxma Vs. New Delhi Municipal Council and other connected petitions.

3. Dismissed.

4. The counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Town Vending Committee. Committee.

5. Liberty is given in accordance with law.
