advance notice.Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4 submits thatwrit petition has been filed against the show cause notice.According toher, no sealing order has yet been passed.Learned Senior Counsel forpetitioners disputes that impugned notice is show cause notice.However,he submits that since respondents have termed this as show cause notice, letthe writ petition be treated as representation/reply of the petitioners and maybe decided by the respondents by speaking order, in accordance with law.

With the consent of the parties, writ petition is disposed of with the

directionstotherespondentno.4totreatthiswritpetitionasrepresentation/reply of the petitioners and dispose of the same by speakingorder within four weeks, after affording opportunity of hearing to thepetitioners. Thereafter, order be communicated to the petitioners.
