The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.for the grant of interim bail for two months in FIR No.34/2012, underSections 420/406/467/468/120-B IPC,Police Station EconomicOffences Wing.

During the course of arguments, it revealed that the accused hasalready been granted bail by this Court for period of two monthsfrom 28.12.2015. The only limited prayer made by the counsel for

the petitioner is that the order in this case may not come in his way to

move the application for bail before the Court below.

Consequently,the present petition is disposed with theobservations that the order dated 28.12.2015 passed by this Courtshall not come in the way of the petitioner in approaching the Courtbelow.
