The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIRNo.35/2014, under Sections 406/420/120B/34 IPC, Police StationBarakhamba Road.
During the course of arguments, it has been submitted by thelearned APP for the State that the Investigating Officer has alreadyfiled the charge sheet in the Court and the petitioner is no morerequired for the purpose of investigation by the Investigating Officer.
In view of the same, the learned Senior Counsel for the
petitioner does not want to press the present petition.
Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
