1.The present petition has been filed by petitioner praying interalia for issuing writ of mandamus to the respondent No.2- BSFdirecting them to decide the petitioner’s appeal dated 08.10.2015against the order dated 28.07.2015 passed by DIG & Commandant,STC BSF, Chakur, Maharashtra.
2.Learned counsel for the respondents appears on advancenotice and states on instructions that the appeal of the petitionerwas decided on 7[th]January, 2016 and copy thereof has beendispatched to the petitioner.
3.Counsel for petitioner states that copy of the decision hasnot been received by the petitioner so far.
4.Learned counsel for respondents states that another copy ofthe order passed on petitioner’s appeal shall be handed over tolearned counsel for petitioner within three days.
5.In view of the above, this petition is disposed of.
