By the present petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.544/2013 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Vivek Vihar.

Learned APP for the State on instructions submit that no permission to arrest the petitioner was taken from the competent authority and without arresting the petitioner charge-sheet has been filed before the competent Court on 26[th] September, 2016 and the next date before the learned Trial Court is 6[th] December, 2016.

Faced with this situation learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition stating that he would appear before the Court, in case summons are issued against him.
