On the complaint of respondent no. 2, FIR No. 60/2016 under Section 63of the Copyright Act, 1957 was registered at Police Station Economic OffencesWing. Respondent no. 2 and petitioner no. 1 have settled their disputes vide aMemorandum of Understanding dated 16[th]August, 2016. Petitioner nos. 2 and3 are the Director and Manager of petitioner no. 1.Respondent no. 2 isrepresented through Shri Sujit Ram, who has been identified by SI YogendraKumar. He is working as Sales Coordinator with the respondent no. 2 and had

registered the FIR on behalf of the respondent no. 2.Mr. Sujit Ram,Authorized Representative of respondent no. 2, submits that settled amount hasalready been paid by the petitioner no. 1 and further that respondent no. 2 is notwilling to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in theinterest of justice, FIR No. 60/2016 under Section 63 of the Copyright Act,1957 registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, which is at theinvestigation stage, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.Miscellaneous application isdisposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
