Petitioner nos.2 to 6 are the relatives of petitioner no.1.Petitionerno.1 and respondent no.2 are husband and wife. During pendency of thewrit petition, petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have resolved theirdifferences before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centreon 30[th]November, 2016 and have started living together. Respondent no.2is present in Court and has been identified by SI Anand Singh PS Narela.She submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and samemay be quashed.

Keeping in mind that husband and wife have resolved their

differences, inasmuch as, have started living together and respondent no.2does not wish to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIRNo.603/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police stationNarela, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applicationsare disposed of as infructuous.
