BywayofpresentpetitionunderArticle226oftheConstitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks directions torespondents to reinstate and re-engage the petitioner as guestteacher. The petitioner also seeks directions to the respondents to paythe salary and other allowances to the petitioner from 01.07.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide letter dated05.08.2014, the petitioner was relieved as guest teacher in capacity ofTGT Home Science w.e.f. 10.05.2014.

After some arguments, Mr.Jai Subhash Thakur, learned counselfor the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petitionwith liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed aswithdrawn.
