1.This public interest petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to remove the alleged unauthorized constructions raised by the respondents No.4 and 5 in Plot No.102, B-Block, Shukar Bazar, Satyawati Dharmshala, Vikas Nagar, Hastsal, New Delhi.

2.It is pleaded by the petitioner that though complaint/representation was made on 01.06.2015, the respondents No.1 to 3 failed to take any action.

3.Since, the petitioner's representation is yet to be considered, we consider it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2015 (filed as Annexure-P6 to the petition) and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
