The petitioner in this writ petition filed as Public Interest Litigationseeks direction to the respondents to construct Skyway over railway linesfrom/between Village Harkesh Nagar, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II & III,Sanjay Colony & Shyam Nagar, New Delhi-110020 to National HighwayNo. II, Mathura Road, New Delhi.

In our considered opinion, it is for the respondents to look into thesuggestion/request made by the petitioner in the first instance.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to therespondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 to consider the feasibility of the request made bythe petitioner and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law asexpeditiously as possible.The decision taken by the respondents beinformed to the petitioner.
