The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has beenfiled by the petitioner for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIRNo.946/2015, under Sections 308/452/323/506/147/149 IPC, PoliceStation Dwarka South.

On the last date of hearing i.e. on 03.02.2016, this Courtdirected not to arrest the petitioner subject to his joining theinvestigation as and when required.

Learned APPfortheStateonthe instructionsof theInvestigating Officer has submitted that the petitioner has joined the

investigation.

In the facts and circumstances, it is hereby ordered that in theevent of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail onfurnishing the personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with onesurety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as andwhen required and shall not tamper with the evidence. He is furtherdirected not to influence the prosecution witnesses and shall not leavethe country without prior permission of the Court concerned.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
