Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has alreadybeen settled between the complainant and the main accused, pursuantthereof complainant has already been paid `40,00,000/-. It is submitted thatmain accused, namely, Joginder Kapoor, has already been granted bail bythe trial court on 15[th]November, 2016.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that incase of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to hisfurnishing personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty FiveThousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of theInvestigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
