Dinesh Kumar has appeared alongwith his mother Kamlesh. Ms Pallavi S. Kansal, Advocate representing Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee had interacted with Dinesh Kumar and Kusum. Subsequently,we had also spoken to Kusum, Dinesh Kumar and Kamlesh in the chamber.

Kusum and Dinesh Kumar have amicably resolved their differences.

Kusum has agreed to go to her matrimonial home from the Court itself. Kusum and Dinesh Kumar have also agreed to attend counselling sessions in the Family Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi. They should attend at least 3 sessions at the said Family Court with the Counsellor.

In view of aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.
