Settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and therespondent no. 2 (complainant) before Delhi High Court Mediation andConciliation Centre on 11[th]July, 2016.Settlement Agreement dated 11[th]July, 2016 containing the terms of settlement have been received from thelearned Mediator.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, it is orderedthat in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishinga personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only)with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of ArrestingOfficer/Investigating Officer/Station House Officer concerned.Petitioner

shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and appear before the

Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
