Petitioners are husband and mother-in-law of the complainant.has in thethat after theshe wasComplainant alleged complaint marriage,not treatedproperlyin the matrimonialhome. She was tauntedfor bringinginsufficientdowry. While she was pregnant,petitionersdid not take hercare and provide food.Petitioners also taunted that she was not beautiful.Petitionersaskedherto spendher salaryfor runningthe household. On 17^January, 2014 she told her husband about the maltreatment from mother-in-law on whichheher. Achildwas bom on 11"^ slappedprematureFebmary,2014. However,petitionersdid not spend any money on delivery.

pemsalofthe order dated 30^"^ July, 2015 indicatesthat petitioners

offered to deposit ?1,00,000/- with the Investigating Officer, withoutprejudice to their rights and contentions. Accordingly, it was ordered thaton deposit of this amount vide demand draft, same be released tocomplainant.Leamed APP submits that amount was deposited by thepetitioner and in fact, has been released to complainant.Investigations areover and charge-sheet has been filed.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is orderedthat in case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail subject totheir fumishing personal bond in the sum of ?25,000/-(Rupees Twenty

Five ThousandOnly) each with one surety each in the like amount to thesatisfactionofthe InvestigationOfficer/ArrestingOfficer/SHOconcerned.
