Present petition has been filed by petitioner under Article 226 of theConstitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedureseeking direction to respondents no.1 and 3 to produce his wife, Ms.PoojaKumari, respondent no.2 herein, before this Court.
Ms.Pooja Kumari, wife of the petitioner has been produced in Courttoday. We have spoken to her in the Chamber. She submits that she does notwish to reside with the petitioner and wishes to reside with her parents.
In view of the stand taken by the wife of the petitioner, learned counselfor the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition.
Accordingly, petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
