The settlement agreement has been filed according to which the matter has been settled for total sum of Rs.32,50,000/- as full and final settlement towards all the claims of complainant including interest and pursuant thereto three post-dated cheques have been handed over to the complainant by the petitioner.

That being so, keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in the event of his arrest:-

(v)Petitioner be admitted to bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of

Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO. amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO.

(vi)He shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O.

(vii)He shall furnish his address as well as his contact number to the Investigating Officer. Investigating Officer.

(viii)He shall not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness.

It is hereby made clear that the petitioner will abide by the terms of settlement

and in case there is any lapse or failure to abide by the terms and conditions of settlement, it will be open to the State / complainant to move appropriate application for cancellation of bail.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the petitioner under the signatures

of the Court Master.
