The present writ petition praying for direction to the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for period of three months, is hereby dismissed, since it assails an order passed by the competent authority as far back as on 15[th] September, 2015 and the circumstance that the petitioner has been released on furlough for period of two weeks w.e.f. 30[th] October, 2015 to 13[th]November, 2015.
However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to apply to the competent authority afresh at an appropriate stage.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
