It IS submitted that matter has been settled before the mediation centre

for ?22 Lakhs, inasmuch as, ^3,50,000/- has already been paid to complainant.

SI Rajender Prasad PS Maya Puri is present in Court and submits thatcomplainant has admitted having received ?3,50,000/- vide demand draft.

Keeping in mind the above facts, it is ordered that in case of arrest,petitioners be redeemed on bail, subject to his furnishing personal bond in thesum of ?25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with one suretyof like amount each to the satisfaction of Investigation Officer/ArrestingOfficer/SHO concerned. Petitioners shall, however, co-operate in theinvestigations and appear before Investigation Officer as and when required todo so. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
