It is submitted that petitioners and respondents no.2 to 4 have settledtheir disputes vide Compromise Deed dated 26[th]March, 2016. Therefore,FIR No.0242/2016 under Sections 323/341/354/506/509/34 IPC registeredat Police Station Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi on the complaint of respondentno.4 may be quashed.

Respondents no.2 to 4 are present in Court today alongwith theircounsel and have been identified by ASI Rajender Singh, P.S. Punjabi Bagh.Respondent no.2 is wife of respondent no.4 and respondent no.3 is wife ofnephew of respondent no.4. Petitioners are also related to respondents no.2to 4. perusal of the FIR shows that quarrel ensued between them onsome trivial issue. Respondents no.2 to 4 say that they have now settled thematter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue

force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they are not willing topursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners andrespondent nos. 2 to 4 vide compromise deed, in the interest of justice, FIR0242/2016 under Sections 323/341/354/506/509/34 IPC registered at PoliceStation Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi and the consequent proceedings arisingtherefrom are quashed.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of.
