Incident is the off-shoot of trifle issue amongst the students,who used to travel in bus to go to college.Two stab injuries areallegedly inflicted. Though, the injuries are opined to be dangerous, itipso facto, is not sufficient to assume that the injuries were inflicted tocause murder.Applicant is aged about 22 years and is in JC since17.2.2017. Challan has since been filed.
Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, theapplicant is admitted to bail on executing personal bond in the sum of
₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court/concerned MM/Duty MM/Link MM.
